White cake with lemon frosting

I found this recipe and I really wanted to try it out… So here’s the recipe

The cake :

1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla (optional)
1-1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
1-3/4 tsp of baking powder
1/2 cup milk

The frosting :

1/2 cup butter
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1/2 tsp of vanilla (optional)
1-2 cups of sugar ( you do not want to add too much)

Directions : preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In a bowl beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Then beat in one egg at a time until its all incorporated. Combine flour and baking powder in a small bowl , add to creamed mixture. Finally stir in the milk until it is smooth.

Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

This is a recipe for cinnamon rolls but in a form of a cookie !!! And it is so much better then normal cinnamon rolls.

Recipe: 1 1/4 cups of flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
4 tbsp of unsalted butter (softened)
1/3 cup of granulated sugar
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1 egg white
1 tsp of vanilla (optional)

The filling : 2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp of packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp of cinnamon

The glaze : 1 cup of powdered sugar
1-2 tbsp of milk
1/2 tsp of vanilla ( optional)

Directions : combine the flour, baking soda, and salt . Whisk them all together
and set aside.

Cream the butter and granulated sugar, brown sugar. Then add the egg whites and vanilla.

Add the dry ingredients into the butter and sugar mixture just until its combined.

Using a roll pin, roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper, forming a 12 inch square. Let it chill for about 30 min.

Carefully peel the top paper off the dough then you wanna flip it and peel the bottom one. On top of the dough pour
the maple syrup, then sprinkle the cinnamon and brown sugar on top.

Wrap the dough up into a spiral and cover it with plastic wrap. Freeze it until it is firm.

Preheat the oven to 350.

Slice it into 1/4- inch slices and bake on a baking sheet for about 8-10 mins.

Awesome recipe, gotta try it.

Recipe : cooking spray
1 egg white
1/2 cup of chunky peanutbutter or smoothe
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of honey
1/2 cup of I salted butter (melted)
2 cups of oats (any kind you like )

Directions : preheat oven to 350 degrees , put a baking sheet in the middle of the oven and spray with cooking spray then add parchment paper on top and spray
the parchment paper , this is just to make sure nothing sticks.

In a large bowl using a hand mixer beat the egg whites until it is frothy or until you see stiff peaks. Stir in the peanutbutter, brown sugar, and honey.
Add the melted butter and oats and stir until everything is combined.

Press into a baking sheet and layer
it evenly. Let it cook until the edges will become brown , it will take atleast 15 minutes.

When done let cool for about an hour. Then cut them into squares , and that’s it.

So this was my first time to make a Nutella soufflé so I will give you the recipe and the directions !!!

Recipe : 2 eggs , separated
1/2 cup of Nutella
2 tbsp of granulated sugar
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract (optional)
1/4 tsp of cream of tarter

Directions : preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 6 oz ramekins with non-stick spray and dust each ramekin with cocoa powder.

In a large bowl using a stand mixer or hand mixer beat the egg whites and cream of tarter until they form stiff peaks. Then set aside.

In another bowl beat the egg yolks with the sugar until it is thick and pale.

Add the Nutella and mix until smooth and creamy .

Fold in 1/3 of the egg whites just to losen it up then add the rest.

Mix everything together then devide the mixture between two ramekins and bake them for 15-17 mins . Make sure to keep an eye out on them and when u think its ready take it out , it should be a little jiggly in the center.

Oh and serve it right out of the oven !!!
